Покупка GLE CUPE! Не беря во внимание, малое количество машин, подпортило всё отношение! 1) машину зимой выдают на летней резине! Спросил менеджера, можно ли привезти свою резину , а вы на выдачу переобуете(стоимость авто 11.200.000) менеджер сказал, не то что в подарок мы вам переобуем, а даже платно нельзя- так что милый друг поезжай на летней в гололёд! 2) договорились забирать машину через 3 часа(оплата во вторник- выдача сама по себе в нарушение договорённостей перенеслась на четверг! 3) договорились с менеджером в 12! Я освободился на 1 час раньше, написал об менеджеру-в ответ тишина, приехал в салон, написал- опять тишина ! Позвонил- в ответ выслушал недовольство Как я мог приехать раньше, что мне не обязаны сию минуту отвечать(разница между первым сообщением и звонком 35 минут) Итог: хотите почувствовать себя г…ом- добро пожаловать сюда! Спасибо руководству за отношение! Скрепку дали вместо брелока!!!!!! Скрепка 11.200.000!!! Скрепку подцепили

Абсолютно не клиентоориентированность персонала, то что говорят по телефону, а именно цена на ТО, и по факту различаются
