Обратились в студию мебели для изготовления шкафа-купе в прихожей, размер и дизайн требовался нестандартный. Выполнили идеально, претензий нет, сделали за 16 дней. Качество хорошее, собрали быстро.

Сделали нам шкаф на фирме Авика-Студия Мебели. Во первых задержали больше чем неделю, потом сборщики опоздали,обещали то через день,потом через 3. Ну ладно. Собрали не очень хорошо,материал и фурнитура тоже так себе.Ожидали одно, получили другое, остались очень недовольны работой.

Добрый день. Вы всё также продолжаете распространять негатив, а мы всё также просим сообщить номер договора с датой его оформления, а также бланк заказа и проект вашей мебели. Почему же вы до сих пор это не присылаете? Возможно потому, что не делали у нас заказ? Напоминаем, что все используемые нами материалы и фурнитура высокого качества от немецких, австрийских и польских производителей. Мы можем предоставить все необходимые сертификаты соответствия. Если наших клиентов что-то не устраивает, о ни могут сообщить нам об этом уже при сборке, и мы примем меры по устранению проблем, за наш счет, естественно. И это прописано в договоре. Также у нас действует гарантийный срок 3 года, в течение которого мы бесплатно обслуживаем изготовленные нами изделия. Желаем вам честности, с уважением, студия мебели «Авика». – показать
