Прямо на перекрёстке с ЖК «Требека», на ул. Ольховской, 14( напротив клиники пластической хирургии) находится так же достопримечательность нашего города у м. Бауманская: Арт-пространство «Авиатор». Атмосферное место- ничего не скажешь, хотя и вид запустения...Но в этих на вид неказистых зданиях много кафешек, баров, творческих мастерских(с неплохим секонд-хэндом, магазинчики hand-made, квесты...), проходят выставки( была пару лет на благотворительной), проходил фестиваль граффити, фотоконкурс...Обстановка во всем неформальная, ходишь и как будто никого там и нет)) Это вам только покажется- люди есть))) Вот такие рисунки на стенах двора я показала мужу ( он там впервые)- приобщаю к своему любимому времяпровождению- посещать необычные уголк нашего города наряду с выставками ))
