Когда работала офис-менеджером, заказывала рейс в этой авиакомпании, и осталась очень удивленной потрясающим качеством обслуживания. Все было настолько удобно и просто. На борту были очень серьезные клиенты, но, видимо, экипаж у этой авиакомпании внимательный и действительно профессиональный. Рейс был безупречным. Думаю, что эта авиакомпания для тех, кто не хочет ни о чем жалеть, а просто получить нормальный безупречный сервис.

Воспользовались услугами этой авиакомпании для приема иностранного партнера. Перелет был по России, а затем за рубеж. Не возникло никаких проблем с организацией, согласованием времени прилета-вылета и аэропортами. Прием во Внуково прошел через VIP- терминал и тоже без проблем. Теперь планируем через них свой вылет за рубеж.
