Мы с супругом решили приобрести квартиру, которая стояла на продаже от этого агенства. В работе с сотрудниками Авесты было много положительных моментов, было пару отрицательных, но то, как они сдирают 1000 р. с покупателей, сказав что талон в росреестр на регистрацию сделки платный-это, конечно, высший уровень профессиональных торгашей😂

Обратилась в компанию Авеста-Риэлт по вопросу продажи квартиры. Сложность состояла в том, что находилась я в другом регионе (постоянное место жительства) при этом ограничена, очень ограничена, по времени. Менеджер Юлия буквально решила мою проблему в течение, внимание, двух недель! То есть с момента обращения до совершения сделки - 2 недели. Документы оформили быстро, качественно, без каких-либо проволочек. Огромное спасибо за Вашу работу и таких специалистов как Юлия. Желаю поцветания Вашей компании. Огромное спасибо Елене Александровне за сопровождение сделки.
