Так как я приезжая врачей и клиник не знаю в городе, то записывалась по принципу - главное поближе! Нашла клинику Авеню на 2 ой Краснодарской , записалась ! Через две недели накануне приема закрался вопрос- почему мне никто не позвонил не подтвердил запись? Звоню сама(тревожность 🤣) мне отвечают - ваша запись не прошла, так как между последним приемом доктора и вашей записью большой интервал! Т.е у доктора последний прием в 17:30, а запись у меня на 19:30! Серьезно?? Ну во первых вы сами это время выставили для записи, во вторых - а позвонить? Позвонить для корректировки времени за 2 недели можно было?? Теперь они мне предлагают перезапись ! Но конечно я в эту клинику больше не запишусь 🤷

Вы абсолютно правы: если система показывала свободное время для записи, а потом оказалось, что слот технически не подходит — это недоработка с нашей стороны. И то, что вам не позвонили для уточнения, — абсолютно не недопустимо, это не тот уровень сервиса к которому мы стремимося. Нам очень жаль, что из‐за сбоя в процессе вы столкнулись с дискомфортом и потеряли время. Мы обязательно разберём этот случай: проверим, почему слот отображался в расписании, и доработаем процесс подтверждения и корректировки записей, чтобы такие ситуации больше не повторялись. Будет здорово, если Вы пришлете свои ФИО и дату, на которую Вы записывались для того, чтобы мы разобрали ситуацию предметно и предложили Вам индивидуальное решение.
