Здравствуйте. Хочу написать отзыв о заказе (№Д-408К от 07.09.2019). Смотрела на сайте отзывы по Москве. В основном хорошие. Мне не повезло. Заказывали кухню в г. Домодедово в ТЦ "Дом". Были настроены только на хорошее. Заказывали кухню в начале сентября. Сегодня 25 декабря. Кухня до сих пор не доделана. И радости, естественно, от покупки нет. Начиналось всё неплохо. Кухню сделали и привезли в срок. Кухня большая и недешёвая. Поэтому сборка требует по времени несколько дней и несколько этапов (между сборками мы устанавливали каменную столешницу).Сборщик в первый день не приехал по личным проблемам (не важно, отпросился ты с работы или нет), спасибо, что предупредил. Постепенно стало выяснятся, что не хватает одной детали, потом-другой. Дозаказали деталь, но фабрика к моменту приезда сборщика забыла её сделать. А прошло больше месяца. Сборщик валит на фабрику, фабрика на сборщика. Сборщик начал собирать кухню, потом уехал в отпуск. Решили дождаться его, чтобы было собрано одной рукой. Сама работа сборщика нравится. Наконец дождались и опять-не хватает деталей. Если бы были детали, сборщик бы наверное установил уже мою кухню.Опять дозаказали детали. Теперь сборщик ставит свои условия, когда может прийти. Не важно, что кухня собирается не первый месяц и не бесплатно. Менеджер только извиняется. А воз и ныне там. На сборщика салон не имеет воздействия. Да и это им не нужно. Они ведь получили деньги за кухню. А дальше - проблема клиента. Вот такой печальный опыт. Очень обидно за такое отношение к клиентам. Для себя сделала вывод по работе с этим салоном.

Не покупайте здесь ничего...вовремя ничего не доставляют, а главное сборщики обманывают, деньги требуют не за что,будте веимательнее...

В чем суть проблемы? Сборщики берут деньги за сборку мебели, и пока нареканий на их работу не было. Уточните номер заказа и мы перезвоним Вам.
