Посещала данный клуб с августа 2019 года. Пошла туда, так как там работает давно мною знакомая тренер, у которой я занималась в другой студии, но потом она перешла именно сюда. Занималась акробатикой на кольце, пилоне, плюс растяжка. К тренеру претензий нет, да и по другим направлениям хорошие ребята работают, но к руководителю клуба возникает очень много вопросов. Начнём с того, что мне пришлось уйти из клуба по причине того, что моё расписание меняется пятый раз за шесть месяцев, причём, ставит перед фактом не лично, а через тренера и когда абонемент уже оплачен. Видите ли у неё новое направление, а ты что хочешь то и делай. Вопрос можно было решить, сделав для своей новой группы время на пол часа позже. Тренер, как могла, пыталась выстроить график, но мне с моей работой, так ничего и не подошло. Извинений от руководства так и не поступало. Директор Баирма не любит решать конфликтные ситуации, за неё отдуваются либо админ, либо тренер, хотя вообще не обязаны это делать. Несколько раз, во время занятий в зале иногда появляется ребёнок, который не знаком с техникой безопасности, бегает, шумит, хватается за снаряды, хотя занятия у меня были индивидуальные и платила я уж точно не для того чтобы переживать за этот детский сад, который может в любой момент травмировать себя... Так же в клубе не проводят инструктаж, не объясняют правила клуба и не предоставляют договор об оказании услуг, так что обязательно, если надумаете посещать этот клуб, то требуйте заключение данного договора, в случае чего он спасёт Вас и Ваши нервы... Не очень то и ценят тут своего клиента. У меня всё, с уважением, Катерина А.
