Абсолютно согласна с предыдущим отзывом насчет администраторов, написанным в сентябре 2019. Ничего не изменилось, ведут себя крайне непрофессионально: обсуждают при пациентах свои семейные проблемы. Но больше всего меня сразила женщина-администратор в возрасте, с короткой стрижкой, темноволосая (к сожалению, не знаю ее имени). Такта, доброжелательности, мягкости – ноль. Задаешь вопросы, касающиеся ее непосредственной работы, а в ответ раздражение. А она, на минуточку, лицо клиники. Ошущение, что попала в бесплатную больницу времен СССР. У мужа впечатление такое же. Приходим в клинику не первый раз, а администратор ведет себя так же. И если бы не замечательный врач Виноградова Вера Александровна, чуткая, умная, тактичная, визит в эту клинику был бы первым и последним.
