Это жесть.. заказал коврики на сайте. Оплатил картой. Через дней 5 решил проверить что на сайте. Оказывается мне пришел отказ и коврики уже стоят на 600 р дороже. Ни кто не позвонил и не предупредил что пришел отказ смс тоже не было. Ежедневно что ли этот сайт проверять ? Че за бред... Деньги лежат на балансе сайта. Что бы их вернуть надо писать на почту. Написал , больше недели уже деньги не приходят и ответа нет. Начал звонить в эту контору. Ни один официальный номер не берет трубку ни в одном из городов. Пытался и как поставщик и как розничный покупатель им на всех ср_ть. Ни кому не отвечают. Повезло нашел личный номер человека который там работает и он попытался помочь и написал у себя в отдел розницы. Посмотрим что будет. Учитывая что это присвоение и использование моих денежных средств. Через неделю буду писать притензию . Дальше суд . Все разговоры ( точнее гудки ) записанны. В общем НЕ ВЗДУМАЙТЕ ЧТО ТО ТУТ ПОКУПАТЬ. Так не работает ни одна контора . Походу они скоро закроются просто вот и качество услуг на Дне...

Звонил 14.12.2019 - необходимо было уточнить про наличие товара. В итоге: 1) Ждал ответа на тел. звонок больше 7 мин., слушая автоответчик. 2) Заказал обратный звонок - никто так и не перезвонил. Не удивлен низкой ЗАСЛУЖЕННОЙ оценке.

Андрей, доброго дня. В выходные у нас работают только дежурные менеджеры, поэтому сложности с дозвоном. Если Вы в выходные оставляете обратный звонок, перезванивают уже в понедельник. Если Вы регистрируетесь на нашем сайте, то в контактах видите мобильный телефон руководителя ЛЦ. Также для связи есть группа в вк https://vk.com/russiaauto. Так что способов связаться с нами много))) Автопитер - интернет-магазин, на нашем сайте все интуитивно понятно. В проценке есть столбик "срок, дни". Если указано, что в наличие на складе - значит, можете смело заказывать и ждать информацию о подтверждении заказа. Далее приезжать - и забирать. Хорошего дня! отдел контроля качества ООО "Автопитер"
