Разочарована, переплатила за товар, который того не стоит :( К общению с покупателем претензий нет. Продавец общается с покупателями вежливо, отвечает на вопросы. Товар был сразу после оплаты. Что касается товара - выброшенные на ветер деньги(( Автомагнитола с рамкой для Subaru Outback 07, которую я приобрела стоит 16490р. Для меня было важно купить магнитолу, которую можно было бы без проблем и доработок установить на автомобиль, поскольку для меня как для женщины очень трудно разобраться в технических ньюансах. Я очень обрадовалась, когда нашла у продавца магнитолу в сборе. Дорого! Но оно того стоит - ведь "снял старую, поставил новую". Купила. Но когда получила товар, по факту оказалось, что размер отверстия в рамке под магнитолу меньше магнитолы. Магнитола ставится встык и сверху образуется щель. Надо дорабатывать. Штатные крепеж не подходят, необходимо просверлить дополнительные отверстия. Надо дорабатывать. Разъем подключения штатной антенны другой, надо переделывать. Разъема для подключения управления на руле нету - торчат провода и надо дорабатывать. В добавок ко всему нашла у того же продавца точно такую же рамку (цена вопроса - 3970р) и на "АлиЭкспресс" точно такую же магнитолу (цена - 5000р). Итого 7000р переплата!!! Я была готова переплатить, чтобы снять старую и поставить новую. А теперь я как полная идиотка переплатила и ещё придется переплатить за установку с доработкой(((( Обратилась к продавцу, чтобы сделать возврат. Он ответил, что технические сложные товары возврату не подлежат. По закону он, конечно, прав. Теперь вот сижу и вместо радости новой вещи, плачу горькими слезами. Без денег и музыки в машине :( Не повторяйте моих ошибок, товар не стоит своих денег. P.S. Чуть не забыла. Когда я сказала продавцу о проблемах с установкой, он предложил обратиться в специализированный центр для установки. В Перми. А я в Москве.. Ага. Было бы очень смешно, если не было бы так грустно :(
