Обратился в филиал СПб, до этого зарекался с ними не иметь дел, но вес был не большой 2.8 кг, до этого очень долго ждал денег, ничего не объясняли, теперь приняли в среду, результаты пришлось вытягивать клещами, сообщили что перемололи, но в листе отчёта нет этой позиции, посчитали очень мало 5600р-это просто смешно за такие каты, они не от русских машин. На сайте указано-расчёт сразу-денег нет, начали кормить обещаниями, то им карта именная нужна, то Приезжайте в офис в рабочее время, приняли за 50% от биржи, хотя на сайте указано 75%.В общем филиал СПб - это полное не уважение к клиенту, не исполнение обязательств!! Ещё и лень поднимать трубку когда звонят с тк по доставке, приходиться самому вести диалог с тк и с ними, каждый мелкий этап состыковывать. ОБРАТИЛСЯ К КОНСУЛЬТАНТУ НА САЙТЕ, НАПИСАЛ ПРИЧИНУ ОБРАЩЕНИЯ-ПОЛНЫЙ ИГНОР, ДЕНЬГИ ПЕРЕВЕЛИ ТОЛЬКО В ПОНЕДЕЛЬНИК И НИКАКАЯ ИМЕННАЯ КАРТА НЕ ПОНАДОБИЛАСЬ. ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНОЕ ОТНОШЕНИЕ И СМЕШНЫЕ ЦЕНЫ. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ СВЯЗЫВАТЬСЯ.

Хотите быть в печали - тогда вам сюда. Приехал, забрали мою партию катализаторов, куда-то унесли и с тех пор я дальше её не видел. Потом началось самое интересное. Принесли бумажку с расчётом, который меня не устроил, и начались качели!!! Обещали хорошие проценты, а по факту цена вышла низкая. На согласование стоимости потратил ещё несколько часов. И... бинго сообщают, что могут отдать только часть денег! На мой вопрос - почему??? Сообщилили, что денег нет и будут на днях. Это просто финиш!!! Нет слов...
