Организация работы в данном офисе ниже плинтуса. Делаешь заказ-он висит «на модерации», никто не собирается его обрабатывать пока не поступят деньги на счёт, но при этом никто и не звонит. Мне позвонили спустя 5 дней, после того как я подвесил заказ на 240₽ при действующем оплаченном заказе на 20000₽, и спросили: « а вы будете оплачивать или нет?» Да ребятки, я хочу заказать у вас товар за 240₽ и потом не забрать его... Менеджеры в ответ говорят, что заказ в работу поступает только после оплаты! Ок! Почему так? На сайте чёрным по белому написано про способы оплаты, где есть пункт про оплату наличными, но не сказано что только после этого пускается все в работу. Заказов у меня уже более чем на 70к и они не доверяют мне в том что я при получении оплачу 240₽. Я делал кабинеты в нескольких городах: в том числе СПб и Нижний Новгород, в каждом из этих городов от момента оформить заказ на сайте , до звонка менеджера проходило не более 30 минут...у меня интересовались нужна ли проверка, если нет то брали в работу и спрашивали когда мне позвонить, по приходу каждой запчасти или всего оформленного заказа. И я сомневаюсь в том что , у ребят из этих городов заказов меньше чем в Мурманске....

Пользуюсь услугами уже более 5 лет. Заказываю запчасти сам через интернет. Бывает доставка и задерживается, но это понятно по причине удаленности нашего города. Очень было приятно когда магазин переехал в новый просторный офис.
