Заказал жидкость для стеклоомывателя «Lyxe» 5л за 411 рублей, в надежде приобрести качественный товар, в отличии от полок супермаркетов. Забрал заказ, залил и это ТРЭШ!!! После попытки почистить стекло, в салон зашёл едкий запах спирта, который аж душит. Т.е очевидно, что жижа некачественная. Ездить с ней, даже если попытаться терпеть запах, невозможно. В прямом смысле - отравляет. Сразу позвонил в «автодок» и описал ситуацию, а также попросил заменить на другую жидкость, пусть и доплатой. Менеджер сразу в возврате отказал, передал трубку руководителю, но от этого ответ не изменился. Согласен, что по закону может эти жижи и не подлежат возврату. Но где лояльность к постоянным заказчикам? Почему не предлагаются альтернативные варианты решения ситуации? Вывод: больше подобных товаров в этой точке приобретать не хочется, ещё года 2 назад подобные ситуации в этой компании разрешались проще и после их разрешения я рекомендовал эту компанию ещё десяткам родных и близких, теперь перестану, либо рекомендации сменю на негативные

Скажу сразу - претензий к работе магазина нет. В последнее время лихорадит Автодок и Экзист. Магазины скачут по городу , не угонишься. Ясно не от хорошей жизни. Сначала отказался от Экзиста , показалось немного дороже чем в Автодоке. Теперь Автодок запрыгнул в явно неудачное место. С парковкой рядом проблема. Интенсивное движение около магазина , вклиниться в ряд непросто. Там еще выделенка и камеры. Каким местом они думали когда офис выбирали ? Теперь надо другой магазин искать. Несколько лет назад об этом даже и не думали , альтернативы не было. Всем удачи на дорогах!!!
