Являясь владельцем TOYOTA CAMRY V6, у этих парней находятся запасные части даже на такой автомобиль! Покупаю детали только у них постоянно, детали качественные, как новые! Подходят без проблем, если нет, то обменивают или возвращают деньги без проблем, в течении оговоренного срока возврата. Вежливые работники, покажут, расскажут, порекомендуют! Компания расширяется, появляются новые марки авто! Очень рекомендую!

Купил задний фонарь на камри, не подошла по количеству лампочек. Позвонил объяснил ситуацию, предложить обменять на тормозные диски мне отказали. Так как прошло 8 дней с момента покупки а они берут возврат в течении 7дней, при покупке мне ничего не сказали. Если бы была информация при покупке про обмены и возвраты то поставил бы раньше фару. В общем клиентами не дорожат так как в любом другом крупном разборе поменяли или вернули деньги без проблем.

Здравствуйте, уважаемый покупатель. Ознакомились с покупкой. Вы покупали задний фонарь на T.Camry ACV-30 (рестайлинг) есть два варианта 1) такой какой купили (полностью белая)2) с дополнительной секцией в нижней части, разделена (часть красная , часть белая) Данное различие видно не вооруженным взглядом. Фото фонарей можно найти в интернете и посмотреть. Мы даём на установку запчастей 7 дней с момента покупке, на установку и проверку. У данного фонаря в принципе по логике не чего проверять только при покупке на целостность фонаря, что принципе вам его давали в руки и вы согласились его купить. Думаем что данное недоразумение, произошло не по нашей вине. В любом случае, приносим свои извинения за доставленные не удобстве. В следующий раз будем учитывать данный минус в работе.
