Загудел у меня какой-то ролик 03.01.19. Так как мне нужно было возвращаться в Москву, а шум был очень сильный, решил искать поблизости сервис. И нашел на свою голову именно этот. Приговорили они мне генератор... Разобрали, поменяли подшипники и готово. За эту не хитрую работу спросили с меня 8300р. По дороге в Москву, т.е. всего через час с лишним генератор загудел опять. Кое как добрался до Москвы и на следующий день в нормальном уже сервисе мне поменяли генератор. Старый специально не разбирал чтобы сдать его назад. При попытке вернуть хоть какие то деньги за горе ремонт моего автомобиля был послан (благо что культурно) со словами: "нужно было позвонить, мы бы вызвали эвакуатор и бесплатно все исправили, а не исправлять все самому. А возмещать деньгами ничего не собираемся" Хотя при этом сами признали что гудят те самые подшипники, которые они меняли. То что звонить в сервис поздно вечером третьего января бессмысленно и что эвакуатор из Москвы до Коломны обошёлся бы намного дороже ремонта им было наплевать, хотя я говорил об этом. Дальше разбираться было бессмысленно, так как никаких чеков естественно в этом АВТОСЕРВИСЕ мне никто не дал. Поэтому единственным законным способом наказать их, остаётся оставить тут отзыв. Тем более что с таким отношением к своему делу, им деньги нужнее. Удачи, Господа!!! P.S. Предлагаю проверить на деле их слова о бесплатном эвакуаторе и ремонте, в случае их же ошибок! Пишите о результатах. Дико интересно)) хотя всё тут понятно!!!
