Замечательный сервис. Быстро нашли неисправность на audi q5. Ремонт вышел дешевле чем в неофициальном сервисе. Еще и помыли бесплатно

Жаль, что максимальная оценка - пять звёзд. Ведь данный центр заслуживает все десять! Сервис, инфраструктура, отношение к клиентам... А особенно сотрудник Антон Филимонов. ТОЛЬКО к нему!!! Компетентный, вежливый, обходительный. Даёт подробную информацию по каждой работе. Не имеет привычки навязывать ненужных работ, а при условии, что нужны дополнительные - все разложит по полочкам. С такими мастерами никакие проблемы с машиной не страшны, ведь можно не бояться остаться в дураках.

После посещения сервиса появился стук в подвеске. Постепенно он стал громче. Вчера заехал в свой сервис. Мастер при осмотре обнаружил,что на подрамнике отпущены все болты крепления.

У дилеров оплата действительно почасовая, вот только она не зависит от времени, которое автомобиль провел в центре. На каждую операцию есть своя норма времени, и дилер не имеет право её менять. К примеру: Ваш а/м находится на ТО-1, которое по нормам 1,9 н/ч (нормо/час), и даже если Ваш автомобиль провел в центре 10 часов, Вы заплатите только за 1,9. Так же не стоит забывать, что каждый а/м приехавший в центр, проходит через мойку, может Ваш а/м просто ждал очереди на мойку?...
