Все что обещали при покупке ам и сдаче в трейд-ин выполнено, условия не менялись по ходу сделки. Ирина (продажа) и Алена (трейд-ин) - 👍!

Обратился в данный салон по страховому случаю в 20-х числах января 2024. По направлению страховой компании. Замена заднего бампера на Ауди А6. Страховая согласовала довольно оперативно. По срокам поставки 3-4 месяца, что и понятно в наше время. Прошло 3 месяца. Решил позвонить, поитересоваться судьбой моего бампера. Сразу - ничего сказать не смогли. Перезвонили, сообщили: ждать 3-4 месяца (при том, что жду уже 3). Возмутился такими сроками. Сказал, что меня это не устраивает. Обещала перезвонить и предложить варианты. Но нет. Позвонил повторно через несколько дней, попросил соединить с руководителем сервиса. Соединили с некой Юлией (как мне показалось, звонила мне она же). Снова поговорили ниочом. Снова обещали позврнить и предложить решение. Снова не перезвонили. Персоналу откровенно плевать на клиента. Никаой заинтересованности от представителей сервиса премиальных автомобилей (как они сами себя называют) я не увидил.

Покупал Audi A6 Advance у этого дилера. Машина была в наличии, поэтому долго ждать не пришлось. Оформляли в течении нескольких часов, в подарок подарили комплект зимней резины с дисками.

Покупал новый автомобиль Ауди А7 в 18 году у официального дилера, прошёл у них же два плановых ТО, гарантийное обслуживание и кузовной ремонт (притёрли на парковке и небольшие вмятины от града). Нареканий нет, ребята работают отлично, часто предлагают скидки и рассказывают про акции. После истечения гарантии планирую оставаться у них же.

В этом сервисе менял ремень ГРМ, тормозные диски и колодки. Смету на работу посчитали быстро, бонусом , как постоянному клиенту сделали скидку небольшую.
