Красивые и улыбчивые девушки на стойке информации. У менеджера интереса не оказалось, не помог, не объяснил. Чувствуешь себя абсолютно не комфортно.

Сервис оставляет о себе крайне приятные впечатления: все проводимые работы обговариваются и разъясняются до их выполнения, сами работы выполняются точно в оговоренные сроки. Специалисты очень обходительны и готовы помочь с любыми возникающими проблемами.

Про Ауди в Афонино. Отвратительное обслуживание. Сотрудники не вежливые. Обещают перезвонить и не перезванивают. По машинам ничего проконсультировать не могут. Ужасные впечатления.Завышенные цены за некачественные услуги. После Их ремонта электроника не проверяется, машина начала выдавать ошибки. Нет слов.

Мне понравился персонал Ауди Цент Нижний Новгород, вежливый и гостеприимный. Угощают вкусным кофе.) Отдельно хочу поблагодарить Сергея за индивидуальный подход и помощь в вопросах при эксплуатации автомобиля!) И меня очень радует мой А3))))

Лучше в Москве сделать ТО, чем тут. Отношение как в гаражном сервисе, нет здесь ни какого премиума и хорошего отношения. Со своими запчастями нельзя на ТО распоряжение директора и такие глупые правила только здесь, пихают это отвратительное масло Кастрол.
