Сервис и общая атмосфера как в отеле 5 звёзд. Хотелось бы также отметить высокий профессионализм команды сервисного обслуживания и особенно Алексея Третьякова. Мне приятно и выгодно (с учётом акций и скидок) обслуживать здесь даже свой постгарантиный авто.

1го декабря мной и моей гражданской женой в автосалоне AUDI AВИЛОН по Автозаводской 23 был заказан автомобиль AUDI Q8 и вот чудо!! подарок жене мы забирали из салона 14 февраля!!! Огромное спасибо коллективу за оперативность, и особо хочу отметить отличнейшую работу менеджера Жучкова Никиты, который вел сделку, всё делалось качественно и оперативно! Также большое спасибо девушкам из отдела страхования, которые помогли по всем вопросам. Отличный автосалон, рекомендую всем кто планирует приобрести AUDI!

Отвратительная работа сервиса. Обращался с жалобами относительно неисправности омывателей фар и нехарактерного звука двигателя, итог - проблема с омывателями никуда не делась, по вопросам с двигателям был "отфутболен" до следующего ТО. Все бы ничего, если бы мне не посчастливилось попасть к адекватному дилеру, который за один день определил все неисправности в авто, устранил неполадки с омывателями фар и заказал необходимые запчасти для двигателя. Резюме - обслуживать автомобиль в данном сервисе не советую, есть дилеры, относящиеся к своим обязанностям более ответственно.

Был на ТО4 - 6ого октября 2019 года. Audi Q5. 1) Перелили масло больше чем на см, горит проверка двигателя и машина требует его понизить. 2) Поднимаю капот, вижу повсюду брызги, смотрю на крышку масляной горловины - не закручена. Для тех кто не в курсе - горячее масло попадая на двигатель может загореться, а перелив это высокая нагрузка и шанс вылета как минимум сальников. Друзья, на секундочку, это официальный дилер
