Испортился сервис. Поставил одно окно потом к ним не обращался.

Здравствуйте! Большая просьба сообщить номер договора для понимания сложившейся ситуации. P.S. от 7 февраля 2020. Номера договора так и не дождались. Обычно заказчики, когда чем-то недовольны, присылают номер договора. Компания всегда стремится исправить недочеты, разобравшись в ситуации.

Делают за 2 дня: на 1ый день основную часть работы - демонтаж старых окон и установку новых, после подсыхания пены на 2ой доделывают откосы. В конце работ в 1ый день сказали, что на 2ой день грязи не будет, поэтому я сняла укрывную пленку, но все равно пыль была, хоть и размешивали цемент в коридоре. В целом, впечатления хорошие; монтажники аккуратные; к внешним параметрам окон нареканий нет, посмотрим, что будет дальше; цена соответствующая, но я бы не сказала, что намного больше других; договор очень подробный, выделяйте время на его прочтение до подписания в офисе. Номер договора можете уточнять.
