Приехали с шумом в заднем мосту, о чем сказали мастеру. Начал смотреть всю подвеску, в итоге сказал, что гудит ПЕРЕДНЯЯ ступица (которая менялась месяц назад)! На наши доводы, что гул сзади, сказал, что надо масло в мост долить.. Долил, уехали. В итоге, шум не пропал. Заехали в другой сервис, где сразу приговорили задний подшипник. Следующий раз заехал поменять масло, в надежде, хоть это умеют делать.. Сказали, подождать 15мин. Прошло полчаса, подхожу снова поинтересоваться, когда уже. На что меня спрашивают-кто я, с каким вопросом.., вы к нам не подходили? Вновь говорят, сейчас заедете, прошло еще полчаса! Плюнул, уехал от них. Больше ни ногой в этот "сервис"!

Спасибо за Ваш отзыв , любые возникшие проблемы с клиентом решаются на месте с управляющим , мы никогда не оставляем без внимания ситуации которые могут повлиять на нашу репутацию , и очень хотим разобраться в вашей . Обычно оставляют данные хоть какие то чтоб мы могли идентифицировать - а были ли Вы у нас ? Поэтому очень просим написать : какая машина или гос.номер , когда были или номер заказ-наряда . Можете связаться с с управляющим 89267390797 Максим . И мы обязательно разберемся в сложившейся ситуации и компенсируем Ваши неудобства . P.S. А пока ,к сожалению , это очень похоже на происки конкурентов .
