Я бы хотела поблагодарить Ольгу Шарову из Атолла (Корал Тревел) на Чертановской за действительно великолепно подобранный тур в Грецию, ездили в августе. Когда выбирали тур, Ольга нам настоятельно не рекомендовала некоторых туроператров, их агентство всегда владеет информацией о благонадежных турфирмах. И пока у других туристов была сотня проблем с возвратами, выселениями и т.д. наш отдых не был ничем омрачен. Если честно, мы пришли в агентство, выбрав отель самостоятельно, но Ольга посоветовала другой, четко объяснила все плюсы и минусы каждого. Оля, вам отдельное спасибо за терпение и за то, что всегда советуете только проверенные варианты. Семья Зиборовых

Очень приятно, что Вы оцениваете нашу работу. Да, мы стараемся максимально обезопасить отдых наших любимых туристов (начиная с выбора туроператора, авиаперевозчика и заканчивая выбором отеля ). Спасибо.

Не поняла за что заплатила агентству. И даже доплатила за отель с комфортом. У меня был ужасный отель (типо четыре звезды). Я будучи в Стамбуле попросила помочь, сменить отель. На что получила ответ, что отвечает за все принимающая сторона. А деньги то я платила Корал Тревел!!!??? Короче: сама все решила, сама договорилась с другим отелем, сама оплатила и переехала. За оставшиеся дни в ужасном отеле (4 звезды) с рваннными простынями, с дымом сигарет во всех комнатах, с лужей в туалете, с шумными по ночам улицам деньги мне никто не вернул!!! Друзья, обходите стороной безотвественных наживал!!! .

Я приехала из района бирюлево западное, что бы получить билеты по социальной путёвке 26.01. Офис был закрыт. На дверях объявление, что по техническим причинам офис закрыт и будет работать в 17 часов. Я, инвалид, уехала домой.. На следующий день хотела уточнить часы работы, но выяснилось, ЧТО ТЕЛЕФОН, УКАЗАННЫЙ В ПАМЯТКЕ НЕ СУЩЕСТВУЕТ!!!! . Приехала 27.01 снова, и выяснилось, что у операторов обед с 14 до 15 часов, о чем на сайте информации не было. Врезультаполучила
