Очень была удивлена, что так мало отзывов. За путёвкамт всегда сюда. Более 10 лет уже. Девчонки - молодцы! Всегда помогут, подскажут, точно слышат пожелания клиента. Если вы сами знаете, что хотите получить от отдыха и можете это описать менеджеру, то вам предложат вариант, подходящий именно вам. Всегда помогают с документами и другими оперативным вопросами. 🤗

В купленном нами туре был поздний вылет 23.40. Выселятся из отеля в 12ч не было желания и терять день. Позвонив в офис, попросила сотрудницу добронировать дополнительные сутки. Мне обещали все сделать. Приехав через неделю в офис, оплатили эти сутки 4880₽. Спустя два месяца, перед вылетом, узнаю, что номер был забронирован абсолютно другой категории. Получаются, нужно выселится в 12. В 14 ( в 14 это не точно заселят или нет)опять заселиться в другой, а через пару часов вечером трансфер. Получается, вместо того ,чтобы весь день отдыхать спокойно, я должна бегать по номерам с детьми. Ну или менять сейчас категорию номеров, опять доплачивать , когда сезон и цены возросли . Полнейшая не внимательность сотрудников.
