Пользовался компанией около года, все грузы приходили с задержкой, точных сроков никто никогда назвать не мог. Как понимаю теперь, хорошо, что приходили. Михаил, который отвечает на почту и телефон, либо не отвечает, либо рассказывает, что вся доставка - это лотерея, ответственность за груз и его сохранность компания не несет. В настоящий момент мой груз потерян, Атлантик информацию о грузе не предоставляет. Компания зарегестрирована в США, что осложняет все действия. Никому не рекомендую этого перевозчика.

Читала последние отзывы и поражалась - неужели все купленные?... Два года работала с Atlantic Freight, 1 раз делали авиа доставку, про нее ничего плохого не скажу - быстро, без проблем. 2 раза доставляли морем сборным грузом. Первый раз - обещанный срок 1 месяц в итоге растянулся на 4 месяца, вот здесь уже и надо было мне задуматься.... Но груз я получила, поэтому подумала, может в принципе такие сроки и есть на морскую перевозку. А вот последний груз они потеряли, а может и не смогли вытащить с таможни, а может и перепродали, кто их знает.... Отправили груз в начале мая 2017г, потом начиная с августа "кормили" обещаниями, что груз уже в России на складе СВХ, вот-вот проблемы решатся. Когда сроки совсем затянулись на мой вопрос об адресе склада СВХ отказались предоставить, т.к хотела сама решить проблему и растаможить с другим брокером. Протянули так ...до января, я уже конечно давно поняла, что груз я не увижу. И только когда написала Михаилу Глушкову, чтобы вернули деньги за груз, тогда он дал понять, что груза нет и компенсации никакой не будет, типа страховки не было. Компания работает в чёрную, конечно ни о какой страховке и гарантиях речи быть не может. НЕ рекомендую работать с ними!

Здравствуйте, прислушалась к вашему отзыву, посоветуйте пожалуйста более надежную транспортную компанию из Америки с доставкой в Россию.
