Отдавала сюда шубку, чтобы немного перешили, сделали меньше. в целом все понравилось, но пришлось долго ждать

Заказала в этом ателье полный перекрой шубы из каракуля. Всю дорогу нарушали сроки, все какие-то ЧП, болезни и прочее. За все время ни одного звонка из ателье в срок по ранее достигнутым договоренностям, все время самой вызванивать приходилось и набиваться на примерки. В день выдачи готовой шубы выяснилось, что забыли пришить карманы. Пришлось еще раз приезжать в ваши далекие края. Швеи постоянно менялись, информацию по пошиву друг другу вообще не передавали, каждая следующая девушка была как чистый лист- все приходилось заново растолковывать. Да еще и цена по итогу выросла из-за упущения сотрудников ателье. Это вообще-то ненормально. И так цены дай боже! Я не хотела доплачивать (с какой стати???), но куда там - навстречу не пошли! Очень мелочное поведение, неприятно и непрофессионально. Администратор Алексей просто профнепригоден - хамит, язвит, насмехается. В итоге - с проволочками, с треплей нервов, с доплатой получила свою шубу. Ничего особенного, если честно. Просила попросторнее, но шуба получилась впритык. Рукава на мой взгляд все-таки коротковаты, но ваши швеи настояли на том, что это норма. Шубки мечты никакой не вышло... Посмотрим еще, как она будет в носке. Надеюсь, нормально, потому что видеть сотрудников OLEDE больше нет никакого желания!
