Обращалась в ателье дважды. Первый раз в прошлом году, летом. Отдавала в чистку норковую шубу. Почистили очень хорошо. Осталась довольна. Полтора месяца назад отдала мамину шубу в перекрой. Сделали за месяц и очень качественно. Спасибо всем большое! Особенно мастеру Екатерине, которая занималась моей шубой. Буду Вас рекомендовать.

Хозяин хамло и обманщик! Отдала ему в ремонт две шубы, по одной насчитал ремонт капюшона, зашить дырочку около 1,5 см подмышкой и такую же около кармана, и чистку, насчитал 16тысяч, по факту только зашил 2дырки и оттер пятно в одном месте, к капюшону даже не притронулся. На другой шубе должен быть отремонтировать борт, выставил 15тысяч, в итоге ушил шубу на 2размера, да еще обвинил что это я поправилась. Подкладка была пришита ужасно криво, принесла на переделку, чуть не со скандалом. Никакой сети нет и в помине, все это мошенничество. Делает кое-как, но ценник запредельный. Качество ремонта ужасное. Не совершайте таких ошибок, не уродуйте свои вещи

Уважаемая Юрий Б. Мы всем коллективом пытались вспомнить шубы, про которые Вы пишите... Простите но не помним... И подобного конфликта, извините тоже.. Я Ткач Игорь Евгеньевич, руководитель ателье, готов ответить на все Ваши обвинения лично Вам, а не завуалированной клиентке под именем Юрий Б. Напишите свое имя, прикрепите фото ваших, якобы сделанных нами шуб.. Мне действительно интересна ситуация, за которую меня называют ХАМЛО и ОБМАНЩИК, Пожалуйста, давайте разберемся в ситуации... Шлите фото, укажите числа, когда был принят заказ, когда был выполнен... Если Вы меня обвиняете здесь, давайте и разберем все обвинения здесь. С уважением , Игорь Евгеньевич Ткач.
