Не магазин, а днищенское дно. Не прошла акция на товар «Два по цене одного»Казалось бы, рядовая ситуация в магазинах, когда товар пробивается по цене, отличной от ценника на прилавке, есть четкие инструкции, как оформлять возврат клиенту. Но только не в Ашане. Заставили вместе с кассиром пересчитывать сумму всех покупок в чеке. Увидели, что действительно дважды товар прошёл по полной стоимости. Дальше у персонала начинаются игры в угадайку: «ваша карта виновата», «электронный чек не тот» и др. Я уже несколько раз просила, пожалуйста, сделайте ЭЛЕМЕНТАРНО возврат обоих товаров. Я была с маленьким ребёнком, который за 20 минут ожидания начал истерить! Ноль реакции, ноль желания помочь. Бабуленька, обслуживающая меня, куда-то убежала и ни слова не сказала. Другая кассирша средних лет по имени Лена смотрела на меня свысока максимально надменно, вообще не предприняла попыток хоть как-то сгладить углы, извиниться. На мои вопросы отвечала: «Вами уже занимаются, не отвлекаете меня». Максимальная невежливость, отсутствие уважения ко времени покупателя. Дождалась, что бабуленька кассирша прибежала и все же, наконец-то, сделала мне возврат!! Ведь я просила о возврате ещё 20 минут назад!!!! Слава Богу, в конце этой эпопеи хотя бы извинилась. Некомпетентные, неграмотные, невежливые сотрудники, которым давно пора либо на пенсию, либо на курсы кассиров. Ноги моей в этом магазине не будет.
