Никогда не писала отзывы но тут ужасно возмущена качеством обслуживания !!! В окТябре 2012 оформила заказ на плитку из коллекции Style производитель Atlas Concord 10 метров кв, тип плитки lappato, позиция строго заказная, при его оформлении менеджер Мария уверяла меня что срок исполнения "стандартный не более 30 дней", но руководство "на всякий случай" ставит в договоре 50 дней, мало того что ввели в заблуждение при оформлении заказа так еще и отказались сообщить по истечении 30 дней будет ли заказ исполнен в срок хотя бы 50 дней, менеджер Мария заявила что теряет со мной время и не обязана знать где находится груз с плиткой и насколько его реалистично получить в указанный договором срок !!!! Ужасное отношение к клиентам !!! Впечатление как от совка !!! Это при том что у меня сидит в квартире бригада и каждый день мне стоит денег, люди абсолютно не оринтированы на работу с клиентами и качественный сервис.

Компания к чести ее должно быть сказано провела беседу с сотрудниками о которых был предыдущий отзыв, предложила варианты урегулирования ( возврат денег, поставка другой плитки). Искренне желаю чтобы впредь все ситуации решались сотрудниками компании без привлечения руководства. Большое спасибо Николаю Давыдову за решение проблемы !

Второй раз в "at-plitka" приехал лично. Шел ремонт в офисе, который мы купили в Путилково. Строительная бригада закупала материалы сама, до тех пока речь не зашла о ценах на плитку для санузлов - они загнули ее капитально. Поехал в магазин, сам выбрал плитку, привезли в тот же день. Сэкономил, как минимум, на треть. Так что...
