Сломался домофон. Обратилась по одному из номеров телефона, которые указаны в справочнике. Вызов принял молодой человек и пообещал, что в течении трех дней все исправят. Через три дня приехали двое молодых ребят. За 10 минут починили домофон. Хочу отдельно отметить с каким уважением они разговаривают с клиентом. Было очень приятно с ними общаться. И ещё один плюс - время было послеобеденное, т.е. ребята уже отработали полдня, но были очень опрятно и чисто одеты и, что не мало важно, от них не исходил неприятный запах, которые во время нашего астраханского лета слышится со всех сторон)))
