Всем привет! Ходила девушка, осталась очень довольна и самим процессом и командой и тренировками! На тренировки тратила не много времени (где то час тренировка), пару раз в неделю. Я сам занимаюсь в зале, но у нее результат уже после пару тренировок. Рядом ТЦ, так что пока моя занималась, можно было сходить в ТЦ. Круто! Рекомендуем, как закончится абик в моем зале, сам пойду с девушкой весной.

Если Вы хотите тренироваться у профессионалов, чтобы был индивидуальный подход, и, самое главное, отличный результат, то я Вам рекомендую ЕМС тренировки в AstraFit Мытищи (знаю, что они же есть еще и в Лобне). Мало времени на тренировку? Вы хотите, чтобы тренер уделял время только Вам и следил за выполнением упражнений? Хотите продуктивные тренировки за приемлемые деньги? Чтобы после тренировок Вы чувствовали результат? Смело сюда! Отличный, заботливый коллектив. Крутые тренеры, которые знают свое дело и работают с полной отдачей. Система "все включено" есть все удобства для ЕМС тренировки до и после нее (с собой даже ничего не надо брать, кроссовки также можно хранить в шкафчике, чтобы не таскать постоянно). Для каждого подберут свою индивидуальную систему, исходя из возможностей и целей. Чисто, уютно, комфортно, стерильно. Удобное расположение и удобная система оплаты. Коллектив по любому вопросу всегда на связи. Отдельное огромное спасибо Юлии и Евгению. Благодаря Вам, я чувствую себя отлично и получила желаемый результат в короткие сроки! Вы уже как родные.
