Была записана на узи малого таза 1 августа, (это узи делается только в определенные дни цикла), сегодня позвонили, предложили перенести запись на сегодня, но мне не подходит эта запись, поэтому я отказалась. Следующий звонок через 20 минут, просят перенести запись, и предлагают 4 августа, т.к. врач не может принять (замечательно конечно вы работаете). Для какой модели вы принимаете пациентов, записываете на прием и потом отказываете? Теперь прийдется искать другую клинику и врача за такой короткий срок….спасибо

Здравствуйте! Благодарим за отзыв. Приносим извинения за неудобства, связанные с переносом записи. К сожалению, из-за непреднамеренных обстоятельств у врача, выполняющего данное исследование, пришлось скорректировать расписание. Так как этот вид УЗИ проводит только данный специалист, вам было предложено ближайшее доступное время. Мы понимаем, что такая ситуация вызывает неудобства, особенно с учетом особенностей процедуры. Спасибо, что сообщили нам — мы обязательно примем меры, чтобы подобные случаи сводились к минимуму.
