День добрый. 20 декабря 2015 года, мною был сделан заказ на цветы в стекле, в интернет магазине Ассорти-Маркет. (Assorti-Market.ru) В тот же день, через 5-10 минут товар был оплачен, с карты банка, на сумму 8895 рублей. В стоимость входит оплаченная доставка до дома, причем ещё 150 рублей, нужно было бы доплатить курьеру, т.к. информация о вечерней доставке написана довольно трудно понятно т.к. перед ней указана цена доставки вообще. Нужно вчитываться. Позвонил, мы созвонились с магазином по телефону: 8 (812) 244-93-60, где нам подтвердили прохождение платежа и мы договорились о доставке, с доплатой за вечер!!?? (150 рублей) Число доставки стало 24.12.15, через несколько дней и нам сказали, что за 1 час до приезда вам позвонят. Наступило 24.12.15, настал вечер, после 17.00 и жена моя ждала привоз букета. Когда время подходило к 20.30 она позвонила в магазин цветов Ассорти-Маркет, и спросила где мой букет?!! Ей сказали, что типа проблемы с доставкой и его не привезут. Итог недоставленной покупки в Ассорти-Маркете: букет оплачен, в день привоза узнаем под конец времени доставки, что ее не будет. Вот такое, унижающее и разочаровывающее отношение к покупателю. Кто будет в Ассорти-Маркете заказывать букет своей даме, девушке, то знайте: букет могут не привезти! Даже если вы его оплатили. И вы сможете сами понять, что это такое, «джентельменский» подарок от Ассорти-Маркета, когда девушка расстроена и плачет. Предупрежден, значит вооружен. Все фото прилагаю. Классный магазин. Покупал там подарок другу на день рождения, остался очень доволен =) Что хорошо - это наличие нескольких пунктов самовывоза, можно подобрать тот что ближе к тебе. Я сначала заказа в самовывоз, но потом понял что не успею забрать, позвонил, и без проблем мне на следующи день привезли курьером. Очень доволен!
