Обращался к этим ребятам с проблемой, которая, как говорится, гарантийная. всем отделом заняли оборону, даже придумали, что якобы в какой то базе данных нет информации о прохождении мной тех обслуживания должным образом сообщаю вам, ребята, что нормальный адекватный дилер выполнил все работы по гарантии. при этом никаких проблем с базами данных. у них теперь и ТО прохожу. года два назад, когда искал авто, зашел к ним первый раз. ни одна душа не подошла даже спросить, что мне нужно. в этот салон больше ни ногой.

Очень сложно составить целостное мнение и определить свое отношение ик автосалону. Решил воспользоваться выгодной скидкой по трейд-ин и приобрести новый автомобиль. Приехав в салон, подобрав автомобиль в наличии был в готовности внести сумму в кассу и уехать домой будучи довольным обладателем автомобиля. Но не тут то было... В трейд-ин решил сдавать один из своих не новых, но в прекрасном состоянии автомобиль, цена самого "низа рынка" - около 450 000 рублей (в аналогичном состоянии 530 000- 560 000 рублей). Повторюсь, цена на аналогичный а/м в состоянии "не ездящие дрова" - 450 000 рублей. Менеджер по трейд-ин соблаговолил предложить аж целых... внимание... 230 000 - 250 000. Поблагодарив за гостеприимство, быстрым шагом удалился в ближайшему дилеру в 8 километрах. Вопросов нет, свобода сделки и предпринимательской деятельности, спрос и предложение и все в этом духе и, конечно же, непреодолимое желание молодого менеджера вырваться в "хозяева жизни" в кратчайшие сроки, но руководству разве не понятно, что таким образом компания лишается клиентов?
