Да сделка была в феврале 2017. Праздники были с 1 по 10 января. Сделка должна была состояться в двадцатых числах января. Все документы к сделке были на руках(никаких нареканий к работе курьерской службы), но оказалось, что в квартире по прежнему прописаны люди. Сделка перенеслась и мы понесли дополнительные финансовые, моральные потери и главное потеряли ВРЕМЯ. Так что это недоработка агента Светланы Зубцовой. Два года прошло а "осадок" остался. Но спасибо за ответ.

Брали квартиру по военной ипотеке, процесс не быстрый, но нас сроки поджимали, поскольку хотели успеть сделать ремонт хотя бы в санузле до переезда и до моих родов. Документы собрали , отправили в соответствующую инстанцию, где все одобрилось, подтвердилось, квартиру можно покупать. Наш агент Светлана Зубцова (стала нашим агентом, так как работала с продавцом и к сожалению мы не предприняли каких-то мер, чтоб она не сопровождала сделку) назначила дату сделки, все стороны явились, но Светлана не позаботилась проконтролировать выписку продавца из квартиры. Как итог сделку отложили ещё дней на 10, и нам пришлось ещё месяц снимать квартиру. В общем-то к самому агентству у меня претензий нет, возможно остальные агенты там работают, а не в носу ковыряются. Но с нами "работала" Светлана, поэтому впечатление негативное.

Добрый день, Валентина! Подняли информацию по вашей сделке (2017г, верно?): в вашем случае причиной задержки была не недоработка агента, а долгое ожидание документов по военной ипотеке, связанное с физической пересылкой оригиналов в Москву и получением их обратно. К сожалению, такие непредвиденные задержки возможны под Новый год, а на сроки работы транспортных компаний извне повлиять невозможно. Большое спасибо, что обратились к нам.
