Очень хороший медицинский центр! Не знаю откуда столько негативных отзывов по поводу обслуживания в регистратуре. Сама посещаю АСК уже с 2015 года и всегда хорошее обслуживание, вежливое отношение к посетителям, предоставление должного лечения! Цены особенно радуют) Приходили недавно с молодым человеком, задержались в пробках на 20 минут, опоздали по записи. Заранее позвонили и предупредили об опоздании, после чего запись перенесли на пол часа вперёд для удобства) Никаких минусов за почти 5 лет замечено не было😊

Спасибо за грамотную и адекватную оценку работы клиники, за оценку работы администраторов медицинского учреждения , которые первыми сталкиваются с проблемой, болью и страданиями клиентов клиники. Мы понимаем . что приходя со своей болью пациент в первую очередь высказывает свою боль и во вторую обращает внимание на других страдающих, может быть не менее, а зачастую и более заслуживающих внимательного и полноценного обслуживания и первоочередного оказания помощи. но как часто бывает" Болит у меня " и пусть весь мир подождет. Да конечно это сложная работа на первом этапе определения, оказания внимания и выяснения проблем пациентов. Поэтому огромное Вам спасибо за адекватное понимание и оценку работы клиники. Мы всегда были и будем стоять на принципах полного и достаточного объема оказания медицинской помощи пациентам.
