Заказала в фотосалоне кружку на подарок. Вежливые и улыбчивые девушки быстро и качественно оформили заказ. Красиво упаковали. Обязательно приду сюда еще. И заказ можно оформить по интернету.

Пишу подробности факта намеренного обмана покупателей в Ашане 28.09.2019 года в г.Волгоград Университетский проспект, 107. Прошу обратить внимание на ценник с наименованием товара на прилавке и на наименование товара на самой упаковке. На кассе данный товар мне пробили за 169 рублей за штуку товара. Я возмутился на явный обман. Подошла женщина в униформе Ашана с бейджем Елена(должность не указана!), сделала отмену по этому товару, чтобы я не оплатил его по завышенной цене, пригласила на сервисную зону, убедив, что именно там мне продадут салат по цене, указанной в торговом зале. На сервисной зоне я провел по вине этой Елены около 15 минут. Я не получил ни извинений, ни товара, поскольку, по словам Елены, не могли найти работника из отдела овощей. Считаю, что я столкнулся с профессиональным хамством и преднамеренным обманом от сотрудников торговой сети Ашан. Прикладываю фотоснимки товара и этой самой Елены. Кстати: на сервисной зоне эта Елена, увидев что я ее фотографирую, также начала меня снимать на свой смартфон, не получив от меня предварительного согласия. Здравствуйте, Роман. Сожалеем, что с вами случилась такая ситуация, но наш отдел Фотосувениров не имеет отношения к отделу свежих овощей. Мы обособленное предприятие, хоть и относимся к Ашану. Для решения вашей проблемы рекомендуем обратиться на пункт обслуживания клиентов магазина Ашан или позвонить на горячую линию Ашана.

Ужасно,сегодня сталкнулись с тем,что один товар пробили дважды,увидели только дома.Возвращаться не стали,но думаю,что следующая поездка за покупками в Ашан будет с таким отношением нескоро.Разочарованы!
