Добрый вечер! В "Ашане Андреевка" магазине с очень большим выбором товара, прекрасным персоналом, встречаешься с откровенным хамством девушек на ресепшене. Пришла проконсультироваться по поводу возврата товара. Встретили откровенно несерьезно. Странный вопрос от сотрудника: "А вы придете?" (так как при себе не было банковской карты) - одновременно возмущает и смешит. Ну, проводите работу, что ли. Это же сетевой магазин, а не развал на рынке.

27.12.19 номер транзакции 10/99816. Муж с дочкой приобрели набор декоративной косметики. Стоимостью 1658 рублей по чеку. Ценник под товаром стоял 700 рублей. Упаковка была нарушена и часть содержимого было изъято неизвестными лицами. Убедить ребёнка взять альтернативу не удалось. Уценку администрация на ресепшене отказалась сделать ссылаясь на не входящую в категорию уценки данный товар. Для меня теперь альтернативные магазины в приоритете на 99,9% которые клиентоореинтированы и более лояльны. Напоминаю господа что один недовольный клиент равен десяти не пришедших. С наступающим новым годом!!! – показать

Сегодня, 7 декабря 2019 г., встала в очередь в кассу. В результате передо мной решили закрыть кассу. Передо мной не извинились, а заявили что я обязана была спросить разрешения у кассира встать в очередь в данную кассу. Таблички о том, что касса не работает выставлено не было.
