Один из самых лучших магазинов. Можно найти практически все и местонахождение товаров очень логично. Скидок не так много, но товары обычно дешевле чем в других магазинах

Просто возмутителен тот факт, что персонал Ашан Сити на Омской 2к так непрофессионально и неуважительно относится к нуждам и потребностям своих покупателей. 20 декабря 2019 года специально приехали сюда , чтоб купить армянский коньяк Ной 0.5 л 5 звёзд , который был выставлен в акции по цене 499 рублей. Товар был представлен в приложении Едалил ( срок акции - до 20 декабря с конкретным указанием адреса магазина , где можно приобрести товар) - но данный товар отсутствовал на витринах. Поиски на протяжении 20 минут оказались безрезультатными. Персонала , ответственного за напитки , на месте уже не было. Продавцы отдела гастронома в ответ на просьбу помочь - что-то жевали в обе щеки , находясь на рабочем месте. Каких либо консультаций получить не удалось . Продавец из отдела элитного алкоголя продемонстрировала , что в выкладке алкоголя в торговом зале не ориентируется. Получив ( и записав на бумажке ) штрих код товара , в программе найти его она не смогла. Вместо этого на следующий день позвонил менеджер Ашана и заявил , что таким товаром они не торгуют ВООБЩЕ!!! Никаких извинений не прозвучало. Новогоднее настроение испорчено напрочь. Явно Тот случай , когда стоит обратиться в управление Роспотребнадзора.
