В 2017 году приняли с мужем решение переехать в Геленджик. Долго пытались найти варианты самостоятельно, но учитывая то, что в Геленджике очень разнообразный рынок недвижимости, со своими особенностями и подводными камнями, решили не рисковать и обратились к Денису Петровичу за помощью. И как оказалось, не зря. Денис 2 недели возил нас по разным объектам, выслушивал наши капризы и пожелания, попутно рассказывая про каждый комплекс в отдельности. Остановили свой выбор на ЖК ПРОВАНС, о чем не пожалели. Через год купили ещё одну квартиру в ЖК Лазурный 2. Ждём сдачи комплекса. Денис Петрович показал себя с лучшей стороны. Очень компетентный специалист, знает и любит своё дело.

Начали подискивать недвижимость удаленно. Случайно, по очередному телефону разговорились с Денисом, в течении какого-то времени все общение продолжалось только по телефону, за это время узнали очень много тонкостей и нюансов по вопросам недвижимости в Геленджике. С женой приняли решение посетить Геленджик и убедиться в выборе на месте. По приезду встретились с Денисом и т.к. критерии нашего будущего жилья были озвучены ранее он повез нас сразу по нескольким вариантам. Остановили свой выбор на ЖК Прованс, о чем не жалеем. Спасибо, Денис, за помощь в выборе, за твою компетентность, за интересные экскурсии по городу и стройкам)) Валерий и Светлана.
