Купила хлопковую маску чёрного цвета, продавец рекомендовала постирать её перед первым использованием, придя домой, я так и поступила, и что я вижу? Ужас! Краска с маски потекла!!! Да, да не пыль, не грязь а краска! Я позвонила в магазин узнать что это такое, девушка сказала, приходите завтра, будет старший продавец, и добавила, что скорее всего деньги мне не вернут типа это средство индивидуальной защиты. На что я ответила, что здесь речь идёт о браке и магазин обязан это сделать! Завтра пойду и потом поделюсь чем кончилось дело, пока ставлю 3 за брак.

Добрый день. К сожалению, принять возврат товара индивидуальной защиты не можем. Для цветных тканей допустим при первой стирке частичное вымывание красящего пигмента. Рекомендуем стирать а холодной воде.

Вы не можете принять товар к возврату , если я просто решила его вернуть, но здесь речь идёт о браке, вы не компетентны... Впрочем хорошо, я тогда сразу напишу жалобу в Роспотребнадзор, вы за эти маски ещё и огребете проблем, на товаре нет этикетки и, я подозреваю, документов на товар также. Так что советую вам вернуть это добро производителю и сделать вид, что этого товара у вас не было. А оценку сменю на 1

Нам бы очень не хотелось, чтобы эта ситуация вас нервировала и портила ваше настроение. Приходите в магазин, сдайте маску. Мы предупредим продавцов, чтобы ее приняли. Есть правила, но для нас важнее ваше самочувствие. Готовы пойти к вам на встречу.

Здравствуйте! Обращаюсь к руководству. Сегодня, проходя мимо вашего магазина в Эдеме, обратила внимание на рекламу о скидке в 50%. Меня заинтересовала и скидка и изображенная обувь. Зайдя в магазин, какого было моё удивление, узнав, что как раз именно эта обувь по скидке не идёт. А в чем тогда смысл данной рекламы? Реклама не соответствует действительности. Разъясните данную ситуацию
