12 июня в 15:07, зашли в магазин вдвоем. Продавец с кассы начала кричать, что в магазине должно находиться не больше 10 человек. Тем не менее, в магазине находилось минимум 15 человек или более (очень жаль, что не сфотографировала этот момент). На повышенную интонацию продавца, ответила вопросом :уверена ли она что в магазине 10 человек, а не 15?? На что получила ответ :ну посмотрите сколько у нас народа. Вышли, естественно! Все понятно, постановления и все дела, но, вопрос к руководству : по каким критериям Ваши продавцы запускают покупателей? Так вот, уважаемые, первое правило продавца торгового зала - вежливость. Ну и в данный период времени - если не больше 10,то запускайте по 10,а не 15, выгоняя 16го!! Прошу руководство связаться со мной и прокомментировать данную ситуацию!!!

Спасибо огромное за отзыв, в текущей момент мы обязаны соблюдать все нормативные акты местных властей, прежде всё для обеспечения безопасности наших покупателей. Согласно нормам мы можем пускать единовременного до 15 человек относительно площади нашего магазина, наиболее комфортным считаем единовременное нахождение 10-15 человек. Наши продавцы предупреждают на входе об этом. Приносим извинения, если поведение нашего продавца показалось Вам не корректным. Мы обязательно примем меры, чтобы посещение нашего магазина доставляло Вам удовольствие. Будем рады видеть Вас снова.

При входе никто не поздоровался, наверное, потому что мы студенты. Выбирали туфли 10 минут и никто не подошёл.
