НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ. записали ребенка 8 лет на проф.гигиену, по тел. огласили цену 3800, в нее входит фторирование. на приеме врач сообщила, что за фторирование нужно доплачивать 2800. мало того, процедуру проводят ультразвуком, что притивопоказано детям!!! (как выяснилось позже)

Уважаемая Ксения Альбатросова! Стоимость проф. гигиены по прайсу 3800, включает в себя снятие зубных отложений ультразвуком и полировка зубов, что и было озвучено по телефону. - Глубокое фторирование отдельная услуга. - Детям проводя чистку без использования УЗ, так как обычно не встречается твердых зубных отложений в детском возрасте. - В вашем случае на зубах был зубной камень, которые без использования УЗ удалить очень проблематично и БОЛЬНО, поэтому врач принял решение использовать ультразвук . УДАЛЕНИЕ ТВЕРДЫХ ЗУБНЫХ ОТЛОЖЕНИЙ В НАШЕЙ КЛИНИКЕ ПРОВОДИТСЯ ТОЛЬКО С ПОМОЩЬЮ УЛЬТРАЗВУКА. Мы, сожалеем, что не достигли с Вами понимания в данной ситуации. Приходите, приложим все усилия чтоб изменить Ваше мнение о нас.

Записался на приём. Прихожу в назначенный день (обычный будний день) и время и натыкаюсь на закрытые двери, опущенные металлические жалюзи... Стою возле входа. Почесав в недоумении голову звоню на городской номер клиники. Нет ответа. Звоню на сотовый номер, указанный на сайте - безрезультатно. Простояв минут 15 и сделав (без преувеличения) звонков 20, развернулся и ушёл.

Уважаемый неизвестный пациент! Мы работаем с 10.00 и до последнего пациента. Если запись на прием отменяется по нашей причине, то администратор обязательно дозвониться и сообщит об этом, при невозможности дозвониться отправляет СМС. В нашей клинике включена запись входящих и исходящих звонков и мы обязательно проверим данный факт.

Отличный персонал. Есть место отдыха. Цены средние по Самаре. работают четко по записи ко времени. Иногда есть скидка на чистку зубов - периодически пользуюсь моментом.
