Покупали квартиру. Ситуация осложнялась тем, что продавец находился в другом регионе, и в квартире числились зарегистрированные лица, а у нас было мало времени для совершения сделки, мы собирались уезжать. Руслану удалось наладить эффективное взаимодействие со всеми, собрать все необходимые документы и закрыть сделку в обещанные сроки. При этом Руслан проявил компетентность, профессионализм, опыт, он знает все нюансы своей работы, объяснил, с какими трудностями мы можем столкнуться, посоветовал, как лучше поступить, чтобы их обойти. Сотрудничество с ним было также психологически и эмоционально комфортно, он учет все предпочтения нас и продавца, сумел найти ответы на все поставленные вопросы. Его отношение к делу можно сравнить с тем, как если бы он делал это для себя. Уже после совершения сделки он еще доносил в МФЦ справки, контактировал с участниками следки по поводу мелких нюансов, касающихся квитанций, коммунальных платежей, паспортов на водо-, электросчетчики и т.д. Руслан, благодарим на Ваше терпение, внимание, корректность и теплое завершение сделки.
