Долго, делали двустороннюю печать футболки 5 дней. Принять заказ просто невозможно за раз, чтобы сделать макет, понадобилось 3 дня и личное присутствие, потому что по переписке делали не то, что нужно. Объяснять приходится по 2 раза, девушка на стойке даже не знает, что означает выровнять по ширине. Забрать приехал на полчаса пораньше, в итоге мастер вышел и спросил что будет на спине, а что на груди.

Здравствуйте! Мы сожалеем, что получилось так долго. Единственное, что хочется сказать, любой индивидуальный заказ требует массу уточнений и понимания, что нужно клиенту. Именно поэтому и задаются вопросы на которые нужно получить ответы, что бы конечный результат был таким каким нужно клиенту. Отмечу, что у футболки понятие "выровнять по ширине" может иметь множество значений (от шва до шва, по ширине плоскости груди не заходя на бока, по ширине какой то из сторон) и конечно каждый из нас одни и те же понятия воспринимает по своему, задача менеджера задать нужные вопросы в достаточном количестве, что бы результат всех устраивал. Так же нужно понимать, что изготовление чего то в первый раз, всегда не так просто как штамповать многотиражные изделия, у нас практически каждый заказ это что то новое, новые решения, новые материалы, места печати не стандартные и т.д. Учтём ваши замечания, спасибо вам за отзыв.
