Заказали печать фотографий,в итоге получили фото очень плохо качества при том что цена выше обычной в 1.5-2 раза чем в других компаниях,после указания данного недостатка владелец не извенясь нахомил,но деньги все таким обратно получили.Для печать фотографий в данную организацию я бы не рекомендовал обращаться.

Доброго времни суток Вам, мне искренне жаль за то, что вам не понрнавилось качество нашей печати, но я думаю что не стоило делать выводы обо всех отпечатках сделанных нами по одной фотографии, наша с Вами ситуация разрешилась в течении 2х минут, Вы очень быстро ушли и извиниться просто не хватило времени. А стоимость фото от 1 штуки 8 рублей является средней по городу.

Было указано что качество всех фотографий плохое ,это вы предложили рассмотреть подробно на одной конкретной,и если бы вы хотели принести извинения ,вы бы сделали это сразу,просто вам плевать на своих клиентов.

Нам не плевать на клиентов, мы дорожим каждым, и вами в том числе, по этой причине с Вашими фотографиями мы начали работать уже сегодня, пока качество отпечатка остается на том же уровне что и было, я обязательно обращусь за помощью к нашим коллегам и распечатаю еще несколько раз ваше фото у них, но я очень сильно уверен в том, что все так, как я Вам говорил еще у нас в салоне, это качество предоставленных Вами для печати файлов, мне искренне очень жаль в том, что у нас с Вами сложилась такая ситуация, мы всегда реагируем на конструктивную критику которая поморает нам непрерывно стремимся быть лучше.
