Заказывала мебель в салоне «Artella» по рекомендации друзей. Остаюсь довольна по сей день. Мой проект вела дизайнер Ольга Чичерина, внимательная, спокойная, вежливая, компетентная в технич. вопросах, ничего не «втюхивала». Понравилось, что в этом салоне твою будущую кухню «рисуют» на компьютере в спецпрограмме. Встроенная техника, рекомендованная дизайнером, устраивает во всех отношениях. Дали скидку) По срокам все было точно: и замерщик, и сборка с установкой. Двое немногословных, аккуратных сборщиков сделали отлично свою работу. Мебельный салоном «Артелла» довольна! – показать

Заключи договор и оплатили кухню стоимостью 250 000 руб в конце марта, обещали все сделать за 2 месяца, в итоге кухню полностью доделали только 1 августа. Дизайнер (видимо не так давно работает) и директор с виду нормальные, но рабочие, или кто у них на подряде разгильдяи редкостные, технолог тормозил все время общения, рабочие то не приезжали в обговоренный день, то привозили вечно не то. Монтировали столешницу, повредили шкаф. За все лишних два месяца ни разу никто не звонил, приходилось все в ремя звонить самому и договариваться обо всем. После того как сказал, что буду писать претензию, директор сам лично приехал закрывать объект и доделали все за один день… Сейчас начинаем бодаться в суде. А самое прикольное, что оказывается у них фасады кухни не полностью из массива, а только рамка, филенка-это шпон. Об этом не сказали, по сути ввели в заблуждение. Советую и сам в будущем буду обращаться в крупные сети, там дороже выходило процентов на 20, но уже давно бы заселился в квартиру) – показать
