Покупал в этой сети часто букеты, как и в этот раз 8 марта 2020 года, купил утром, а к вечеру часть цветов завяла, такое бывало и раньше, но в этот раз в ответ на мой звонок сказали чтобы я поступал по закону (роспотребнадзор, суд и т. д. ) хотя раньше без проблем заменяли цветы либо целый букет, мало того что в праздничные дни у них всегда цветы продают по завышенным ценам( например в этот раз покупал красные розы 90-100см по цене 250рублей за штуку, хотя в обычные дни цена не привышает 150рублей) и отменяют скидки по дисконту (покупал в этом магазине по причине малого расстояния от дома до магазина (~50метров) и наличии дисконта в 15%), так ещё теперь и относиться стали по свин..и, хотя я никогда не грубил и тон не повышал. Не советую покупать какую либо продукцию в данной сети, не становитесь таким же ло..рой как и я (которого они из вас сделают), в глаза улыбаются, а как что то случается плюют на своих клиентов, для них самое главное (как я теперь только понял) это "впарить покупателям гов..о под видом конфетки" и получить выгоду, а потом хоть трава не расти!
