Заказывал в этой мастерской (Золотой Вавилон, Отрадное, товарный чек № 8081 от 13.09.18) оформление трех постеров. Багет деревянный, дорогой, казалось бы должно быть и соответствующим качество работы, ан нет! Две работы были сделаны нормально, на третьем была царапина на багете 5см — как можно было не заметить при внутренней приемке — непонятно. Потом я узнал, что из-за царапины меняется вся рама, а не только испорченный кусок багета. И чтобы не попадать, наверное, решили на удачу отослать — а вдруг клиент не заметит, тем более, что готовый продукт был завернут целиком в пленку и некоторые, которые получали при мне заказы, ее и не разворачивали. Но я решил проверить, заметил брак и поэтому третью работу забрали на переделку. Переделали через три дня, опять снял пленку и стал проверять — и опять брак — углы прилично, до 1мм, расходятся в вертикальной плоскости, а один внутренний угол совсем не сошелся — видно пару миллиметров дерева. Вообщем качество работы в целом отвратительное. Спрашиваю — у вас что, дилетанты работают или набрали за 3 копейки? Молчат. Отдавать на третью переделку не стал — зачем рисковать, в следующий раз они и сам постер испортят или наверняка опять будет что-нибудь не так, судись потом с ними, так что попросил допскидку — дали 5%- и на этом расстались. Вообщем качество работ плохое, никак не соответствует заоблачным ценам. Фирма о воем престиже не радеет, сделать на отлично стремления нет, все претензии приняли привычно равнодушно. Так что совет — не связывайтесь с этой конторой — потеряете и деньги и настроение и будет у вас на стене висеть брак! – показать
