Очень жаль, что однажды я поверила рекламе и пришла в это место. Навязали кредит, назвав это "обучением в рассрочку", пообещали швейную машинку в подарок, говорили, что обеспечат макетной тканью, булавками и проч. Что в итоге? Грустно, очень грустно.

Заявление на возврат денег в банк было написано 13.03. 2019,спустя неделю и один день после заключения договора. В итоге сегодня, 02.06.2019, проплачен третий платеж в банк. В инстаграмме заблочили, на письма не отвечают.Я обращаюсь в роспотребнадзор и прокуратуру

Ольга,добрый день.Ситуация с возвратом денег аналогичная. Никто не отвечает, отношение к клиентам ужасное. Подскажите, пожалуйста, удалось ли вам через прокуратору как -то повлиять на эту чудо_школу и их безотвественное руководство?

Сейчас прохожу обучение в «Арт-Академии» – взяла курс конструирования и пошива нижнего белья. В Сети читала много положительных отзывов именно об этом курсе, да и о школе в целом. Загорелась идеей самой сшить красивый кружевной комбидресс. Уверена, что в результате все получится, но пока только на третьем уроке. Занятия проходят в уютной обстановке, педагог хорошая – и в плане того, как дает информацию, и в человеческом отношении приятная девушка. Группа из 4 человек всего, поэтому никакой суеты . Всем довольна, оформляла рассрочку – мне подошел такой вариант оплаты. – показать
